Shipping Information

We accept orders for the USA and Canada only. In most cases we ship products via USPS Priority Mail. Orders for standard products are processed once your payment has been verified and approved by our payment processor. Standard delivery is 5 – 7 days once the order has been shipped. You will be notified via email when your order has been shipped.

Please understand that order processing may take longer when we are on the road attending shows.

Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is a priority with us.  You may return your item in an unused condition for 30 days after purchase.  Please call Barbara at (386)423-9063 to discuss what you’d like to do-exchange, credit, or refund.

 

Refund Policy

Stock items received are available for refund.  If an item has been custom made for you and it is resellable, we will issue a refund.  Most items are considered resellable, however if the item is extreemly customized it may not be.  We will do everything in our power to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
